Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
Prism Systems offers the following shipping options:

Express: Delivery is guaranteed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.

Ground: Delivery is guaranteed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.

Unless otherwise specified or promoted, orders will be shipped via ground and may take up to 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Delivery may be delayed due to holidays, inclement weather, or carrier disruptions. Prism Systems is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the carrier.

Order Status
Once your order is processed, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent. For questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact Prism Systems Customer Care at 604-515-0050.

Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel your service by contacting Prism Systems Customer Care at 604-515-0050. If you have not purchased your equipment, all system equipment and accessories must be returned to Prism Systems. Cost of shipping to return to Prism Systems is the responsibility of the customer. e

Service will be canceled effective on the date Prism Systems receives the system. If you purchased your equipment, service will be canceled upon receipt of a signed Cancellation Letter provided by Prism Systems via mail or email.

Once Prism Systems receives either the equipment or the signed Cancellation Letter, a prorated refund will be issued for any prepaid, unused service period. Restocking fees may apply. Refund processing may take up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

Promotional Discounts
Any promotional discounts applied to your initial order may be forfeited if changes are made to the order, including billing cycle adjustments, within twelve (12) months of the sale date. Prism Systems reserves the right to charge or offset any associated costs against funds owed to the Customer.

Lost or Damaged Equipment
A fee of up to $299 may apply for lost or damaged equipment. All equipment must be returned with the complete set of accessories originally provided. Otherwise, a lost equipment fee will apply.
